Our Family Summer offer is valid during the summer holidays from July 4 to September 13, 2026.
Arrival/Departure:
Your room is available to you on the day of arrival from 2:00 p.m. and on the day of departure until 11:00 a.m..
If you have booked entry to the thermal baths, you can use the thermal baths from 7 a.m. on the day of arrival up to and including closing time on the day of departure.
You can get your spa bag with bathrobe and bath towel from reception at any time before you move into your room.
Suitcase and changing rooms are available in the hotel and also in the thermal baths.
Price information:
The above prices are per person and night in EUR, excluding € 2.50 accommodation tax, excluding € 1.40 infrastructure fee and excluding € 1.00 resort tax. Subject to errors and price changes.
Child prices:
Children aged 0 – 2 years € 37,- per night
Children aged 3 – 5 years € 69,- per night
Children aged 6 – 9 years € 99,- per night
Children aged 10 – 15 years € 107,- per night
Prices valid for children/adolescents up to the age of 15 in their parents’ room.
Cancellation policy:
Even if you are already looking forward to your holiday, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up.
The following cancellation conditions apply to cancellations:
0-2 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total package price.
3-7 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total package price.
You can cancel free of charge up to one week before arrival.
In the event of early departure, 100% of the total package price will be charged.
In order to save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you insure yourself with Hotelstorno Plus or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance.
