Cancellation conditions
Even if you are already looking forward to your holiday, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up.
If your booked holiday has to be canceled or ended prematurely, the following cancellation conditions apply in our hotel:
0-2 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total package price.
3-7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total package price.
You can cancel free of charge up to one week before arrival.
In the event of early departure, 100% of the total package price will be charged.
In order to save you unnecessary costs and trouble, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung. You have the choice between hotel cancellation Plus or the comprehensive hotel cancellation Premium insurance.
